The Lake Noquebay Sportman’s Club is offering a hunter safety course starting October 19.  If interested see the flyer hanging in the office window.

 

Any student that needs a flu shot or will be getting the flu shot, should stop in the office for a registration form.  Flu shots will be on October 7.

 

Monday will be a day 1 or blocks 1-4.

 

Student Council will meet in Mrs. Klimek's room during lunch today.  

 

Today’s Wisconsin Observance day is POW-MIA Recognition Day.  Today was established to recognize those who suffered captivity in foreign countries while in active service with the U.S. armed forces.

 

Reminders:

 

Just a reminder that NHS forms are due October 4th. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Benzow.

 

High School Students:  If you are interested in ordering a class ring, stop by the office for ordering information.  Order by October 15 to receive your class ring before Christmas.

 

The Wausaukee Bowl will have youth bowling again this year starting on October 5.  If interested, stop in the office for a registration form.

 

Any juniors or seniors interested in taking the ASVAB should sign up with Mrs. Betts.

 

Have you always wanted to show off your Rocket League skills to students across the Marinette and Menominee county? Or have an opportunity to meet new people who love gaming as much as you? NWTC Marinette is hosting a 3v3 Rocket League tournament on Saturday, October 2nd at 9 am. Compete for prizes, eat pizza, and hang out with your friends! If you’re interested, text your name to 715-732-3876. All high school students are welcome. Advance registration cost is $5, and same-day is $15. Short on cash? No problem. They will have free passes available. We hope to see you there!

 

 

Students and Staff:    If you didn't order a 2021 high school yearbook and would like to purchase one, there are some extras available in the VLC for $35. 

 

Are you interested in a trades or public safety career?  NWTC will be having an open house on Tuesday, September 28, on the Green Bay Campus from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.  For more details go to nwtc.edu/OpenHouse.

 

All Students:  Masks are required on the bus. Facial coverings are recommended (not required) in the classrooms while continuing to practice social distancing. 

 

The sports trainer will be here on Mondays & Thursdays this year.  You need to be signed up in the office by the morning he is coming or you won’t be able to see him.
